Storstac is reliable and very well priced!!! Those were the attractive points but the icing on top was the excellent customer service. The bins were clean and well maintained and Michelle really went above and beyond in her response time and helping us with our tight timelines. I would recommend without any hesitation.

First of all Michelle was excellent, very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. We are very pleased with our used grade A 20 foot container. The delivery driver Patrick was punctual and pleasant. He helped us level the container and made sure the doors closed properly before he left. We highly recommend Storstac. It was a seamless experience.

They had to look good and be durable.Our organization contacted Storstac and several other companies to get modified sea containers to use for a display center at our school. Storstac was the only company that took the time to understand our needs and make recommendations. They provided engineer drawings that we required and the quality and service was exceptional. The quote was provided quickly and the staff were readily accessible for questions.We needed two containers that would be tied together with an internal passage from one to the other. I was concerned about creating a water tight seal between the two and the lintels required for the windows and doors we put into the front and sides of the containers. When they containers arrived, I inspected them and found that the quality exceeded my expectations. The welds, painting, lintels, quality door and window parts, seals were better than I had anticipated. The quality of the container (we took used ones) was better than I had anticipated for a used container and once painted it looked new. They also sealed the floors for free which was something I hadn't considered before. The marine grade paint was just what we needed for the outdoor conditions in the winter. This wasn't regular run of the mill metal paint. Their painting facility is indoors which also adds to the end quality.The service was also exceptional. Matt contacted us quickly, understood our needs, provided details that we needed, and made recommendations for improvements to our project. Even when the price of materials went up after delays due to our procurement process, they still honored their original pricing.They were not the cheapest price of the three quotes we found and were farther out of town than one of the other companies, but it was worth the slight price difference for shipping and the higher price for quality and service.At no time did I feel that the company was trying to upsell but open, honesty was present.Pros-Quality materials used-Quality workmanship-Request date to delivery date was faster than anticipated (a couple of weeks)-Service was exceptional. Open communication, suggestions that improved our project provided, provided additional services at no charge for things we hadn't considered. Matt was the guy I corresponded with and he was great to deal with. I would hire that guy myself if I could.-Engineered drawings were available-High degree of customization is available (our project was pretty simple)-Regular open communication and responses were available and quick.Cons-Not really much of any. They were a bit more expensive than other companies, but you get what you pay for and I'm happy we paid a bit more as the result seemed more professional than what other firms were providing given their work examples. Communication with Storstac was also better than other companies.

Great place to buy containers, but not the cheapest. I got to look at their inventory before making my purchase. My Sales Rep, Anthony, was a great help and really knowledgeable about containers. Checked out other companies but they were not as friendly as Storstac. I recommend them and their services.

Price could not be beat and they arranged delivery. My rep was named Michelle and she was an absolute delight to deal with. She even found us a better container then we had agreed on. Top marks!!! I will be calling Michelle again when we need another container.

I recently had the displeasure of renting a container from here that left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. It became evident to me that the salespeople at this establishment were not only unhappy in their roles but also took every opportunity to complain about their jobs. It is disheartening to encounter such an unprofessional and demotivated staff while trying to engage in a business transaction.From the very moment I stepped into the facility, the atmosphere was bleak and unwelcoming. The sales lady appeared visibly miserable and lacked any sense of enthusiasm or interest in assisting me. They seemed burdened by their own grievances, which they promptly shared with anyone who would listen.Not only did their attitude reflect an evident lack of motivation, but their complaints about their jobs were incessant. I understand that everyone may have occasional bad days, but the extent to which they vocalized their discontent was astonishing.Their negativity overshadowed any attempt at providing satisfactory customer service. When I asked specific questions about the available containers, their responses were curt and lacking in helpful information. It felt as though they were more interested in venting their frustrations than attending to my needs as a customer.Lack of product knowledge was concerning. It became evident that their dissatisfaction with their roles had affected their willingness to stay updated on the company's offerings. They provided vague and inaccurate details about the containers, making it difficult for me to make an informed decision.Their disinterested demeanor extended to the rental process itself. Their lackadaisical approach to paperwork and administrative tasks led to delays and errors in the rental agreement. It was apparent that they considered these tasks as burdensome.I strongly urge the management of this company to address the morale and training of their sales team. Investing in their employees' job satisfaction and customer service skills will undoubtedly benefit both the staff and the customers. In the meantime, I advise potential customers to seek alternative options that prioritize a positive and customer-centric experience.

Michelle was fantastic. She encouraged us to come down and have a look at their inventory. She was very honest about the various grades of container and upfront about shipping costs. Top shelf customer service all around. They followed up with us a few times to coordinate the delivery, answered all of our questions, and the driver Patrick called ahead to confirm the schedule. He took time to help us assess a good spot for the container on our property, helped level it, and ensured the doors would properly close before heading out. Highly recommend.

I purchased a used 20 sea can from storstac a few weeks ago. Michelle was pleasent to work with. She arranged delivery which went smoothly and the driver was able to get the container really close to my garage. Container arrived in better then expected shape, which i guess is part of the whole you get what you pay for" thought process as they were not the cheapest quote i recieved. i recomend them."
