We had our furniture and household goods moved from the container back down into our basement after an insurance claim. The two employees that did the move were Wayne and John , they were prompt, very professional, and extremely polite and a pleasure to deal with!

Aa Ron and Kevin were amazing!!! They didn't break a thing and were so careful on both ends. Aa Ron is incredible at Tetris and Kevin can drive a 26 footer like nobody's business! They are friendly and fun and very pleasant to be around. Thanks Alta Moving and Storage for an incredible move!

We had Robert and Edward complete our move today. They were fast, efficient, and did a great job! I would definitely recommend them. They even helped assemble and rebuild everything we needed. They brought their own tools. Overall, it went smoothly and with no hiccups.

My experience with ALTA MOVING & S was top notch! Wayne and Isaah were punctual, fun and hard working. They took care to wrap and protect things, so that nothing was damaged in the move. I lived on the third floor with no elevator, so I know it was grueling, but they never complained and they made it look easy when I'm sure it wasn't. The office staff was also great! Nour and Audie were always so pleasant and easy to talk to. Moving is never pleasant, but these guys made it almost fun! Also loved the frog-box promotion! I would definitely use this company again!

Edward and Wayne were absolutely great! Very professional, efficient, and likeable. They moved all our things quickly and made sure not to knick anything in the home and everything was well taken care of. Super friendly and overall very great experience! Definitely recommend for your move!

From the first phone call, when the owner answered personally on a Sunday as it was his staffs day off, I had a good feeling about selecting Alta Moving.We had the pleasure of having John, Calvin and Ed as our movers; they exceeded my expectations! They called in advance to give an ETA, arrived on time, we’re very thorough in their review and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating encounter with ALTA STORAGE and I strongly advise others to avoid using their services. This business exhibited a complete lack of professionalism and failed to fulfill their obligations, leaving me in a difficult situation.I had scheduled the delivery of a storage unit with Alta Storage, but they canceled it at the last minute without providing any viable alternative onsite solutions. This abrupt cancellation, without proper justification or assistance, disrupted my schedule and contractor agreements. It became evident that they had overbooked their storage capacity and were unable to meet the demands of their booked clients.Despite multiple attempts to contact management via emails and calls, they consistently ignored my messages. It was clear that they were intentionally evading their responsibilities and avoiding any meaningful communication. Their vague and ambiguous responses only served to highlight their ongoing overbooking issues, which is a classic sign of poor management and disregard for their reputation and clients.To make matters worse, when I pressed for a resolution, Alta Storage proposed the absurd idea of removing my belongings from my property as an alternative option. This suggestion was not only impractical but also showed a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for my concerns. It seemed as if the business was being run by individuals who lacked transparency and truthfulness, reminiscent of children trying to dodge accountability.My experience with Alta Storage was beyond disappointing. They failed to fulfill their obligations as agreed upon, displayed a complete lack of transparency, and exhibited unprofessional behavior. I strongly caution anyone with a pending booking to reconsider their association with this business, as the odds are stacked against them in meeting the storage demand or honoring their commitments.I urge others to seek reliable and reputable alternatives when it comes to storage services. Wayne and Ed moved us from our house, to a storage unit, and then to a new house a month later.Fast, dependable, and nothing was damaged or broken.If I move again I’d go through Alta Storage.
